Returns & Exchanges

At SALT MURPHY, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
